By accessing or using VibeGuard ("Service") at vibeg.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
VibeGuard is an AI-powered code quality scanner that analyses code for security vulnerabilities, quality issues, hallucinated API calls, and best-practice violations. The Service provides informational scan reports — it does not guarantee that analysed code is free from all vulnerabilities.
VibeGuard is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current registration information
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorised account use
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Submit code containing real credentials, passwords, or API keys belonging to others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Submit code containing malware, viruses, or malicious payloads
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights in the code you submit. By submitting code, you grant VibeGuard a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyse the code solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The VibeGuard application, branding, scan reports, and related materials are the intellectual property of VibeGuard and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro and Team subscriptions. To request a refund, email billing@vibeg.io within 14 days of your first payment.
If you cancel a paid plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VibeGuard does not warrant that scan results are complete, accurate, or error-free. Scan reports are informational only and should be reviewed by qualified engineers before acting upon them. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on scan results.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEGUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeGuard and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeGuard is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
